Sugar Roses

Sugar roses look amazing, you do need the right equipment to make them and a lot of patience! 

I use sugar florist petal paste which sets really hard and can be rolled out so thinly for the perfect delicate petals!


Big roses like these are lovely on wedding cakes and can be dusted with edible powder dust in any colour.

Each petal is made individually and wired together to create a stunning flower.
